Compliance Considerations
Collects user events, device data, and session information. Amplitude offers EU data residency (AWS Frankfurt). The SDK can operate in anonymous mode without user identification. Analytics consent is required for behavioural tracking. When used as a CDP with audience syncing to advertising platforms, advertising consent may also be required for those downstream uses.
